Candidate expectations & Job Responsibility:
Overall work experience of 18+ years with experience. Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Business Partnering
Experience leading large scale operations across all towers in finance domain
Strong transformation project experience as a part of his/her delivery role.
Should have identified, led high impact transformation projects
Updated and upbeat on new age technologies and Tools

Leading Finance operations meeting customer satisfaction/SLAs/KPIs
Designing and implementing a research agenda to inform a strategic or business planning process.
Analyzing and synthesizing all research findings qualitative and quantitative to identify key market implications and strategic challenges
Collaborating closely with key client staff members to develop organizational business plans, including financial
projections and detailed operational strategies, and identifying risks within the business plan and any mitigating
strategies.
Leading the process of developing major client deliverables, including writing and editing reports as well as presentations for clients.
Support Bids & Proposals obligation
Monitor/Reviews projects and deliverable status, scope cost and schedule and guides the projects managers towards meeting the objective. Reviews and approves the project plans and monitors periodically the compliance to the same
Identifies risks, plans mitigation strategies, and ensures business continuity
Ensures compliance to all Organization processes
Governs and drives action planning and closure of customer feedback/comments for all projects in collaboration with the Project Manager
Has managed large teams in the past
Skills:
High energy and self-motivated professional
Strong customer?s centric focus relationship management with key stakeholders
Strong accounting knowledge (specifically exposure to closing and reporting) and exposure to GAAP / IFRS and good knowledge of ERP
Expertise in communication (written and verbal), people management, analytical, prioritization, and influencing skills
Strong computer skills in particular MS Office applications (mainly Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge if analytical tools and various modeling methods
Ability to coach team members
Expertise in Negotiation strategies
Flexible to work in Global hours.
