Candidates with 2+ years of experience as Communication Trainer supporting for International BPO Operations
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Should have experience in VNA/Soft skills training into Customer Service
Should have worked on voice and chat process.
Should have experience / willing to audit and conduct coaching
Good Knowledge in MS Office tools (PowerPoint / Excel / Word)
Should be able to create contents and deliver trainings
Should be flexible working in rotational including night shifts.
