Associate General Manager- Banking and Financial Services (Commercial lending)- Chennai Graduate with proven work experience of minimum 12+ years in Banking and Financial services (preferably in commercial lending back -office operations) of which minimum 5-6 years as supervisor. In-depth knowledge of performance metrics & SLAs. Excellent problem-solving ability. Solid knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & MS Office Suite. Job description: Responsible for overall operational issues on day-to-day as well as long-term deliverables regarding in scope services supported for one of the top Banking Client for a team of 100 odd resources. Need to take care of SLA?s, client relationship and team management. Reports to Head - Operations and coordinates with on-site Client & other Operations Managers. Accountable for managing internal deliverables including but not limited to following- Production planning & Shift loading. Process implementation and adherence. Periodical audits for process and security compliance. Periodical reports in necessary formats as demanded by clients. Team management and development. Coordination with HR and Quality on necessary issues and updates. Retention and control of attrition meeting the set targets. Developing and deploying strategies for emergency situations. Open to work in any shifts as per client requirements.
