Candidate Specification: 12+ years of experience in BFSI / US retirement services industry (Last 3-5 years in US retirement services industry)
Job description:
Must have sound understanding of US retirement services industry, with deeper knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Compliance Testing, APRS, Form5500, Core Operations, Determination Services, Conversions and Deconversions, Reconciliations, Fund reporting services etc.
Should have handled 50-150 member teams in the past
Good communication skills with ability to collaborate successfully with operations teams, internal support teams and client business teams to drive the best outcomes
Well versed with P&L for the account/s and able to identify and leverage key metrics
Able to drive continuous business improvement/transformation initiatives
A hands-on leader with high team management abilities and willingness to learn fast
