Induction Management
Educational Qualification: Any Degree
Must have minimum 1+ Years of work experience in Induction Management
Must have MS Office - Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Should evaluate/analyse and identify training needs to meet the program objectives
Must be Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of the Induction program
Monitor and measure effectiveness of all the sessions conducted in a batch
Should Maintain good administration and support in the day-to-day tasks.
Must have experience of delivering small sessions and trainings
Should know the basics of training and the importance of body language and gestures while delivering a session
