Manager ? Sales (Freight Forwarding) Location: Mumbai/Pune/Tuticorin/Coimbatore/Chennai Candidate with 10+ years of experience in sales (Preferably freight forward and logistics industry) Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients Create and advertise weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand. Prepare sales reports and sign off on their accuracy before submitting them Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results. Understand the Should have market knowledge. Strong vendor and stakeholder management. Developing budgets to meet the year end achievement. Ability to understand business needs and conceptualize initiatives linked to the Business Goals. An effective communicator with good relationship management, people skills and problem-solving skills.
