Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data
visualization solutions using industry-standard reporting tools to provide
actionable business insights.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns,
opportunities, and business performance metrics that support strategic
decision-making.
Design, develop, and enhance automation solutions using
programming and database technologies to improve operational efficiency and
reduce manual effort.
Monitor, validate, and troubleshoot data pipelines and reporting
systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely availability of
business-critical information.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements,
document business needs, and translate them into scalable analytical and
reporting solutions.
Perform statistical analysis and data modelling, generate
meaningful insights, and present recommendations to support business objectives
and continuous process improvement.
Must-Have Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL and database management, including data
extraction, transformation, validation, and optimization of complex queries.
Hands-on experience in BI and data visualization tools such as
Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms for dashboard and report
development.
Programming expertise in Python and/or JavaScript for data
analysis, automation, workflow optimization, and application development.
Experience working with large datasets, data modelling, and
cloud-based data warehouses such as Big Query, Bigtable, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and analytical techniques,
including trend analysis, regression modelling, forecasting, and data
interpretation.
Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills,
with the ability to translate business needs into scalable analytical and
reporting solutions.
