Job description
Lead the Talent Acquisition tower with
ownership of service delivery, workforce planning, hiring strategy, and
operational excellence.
Drive Talent Acquisition transformation
initiatives, including operating model design, process standardization, and
continuous improvement programs.
Lead deployment and governance of AI and
automation solutions across recruitment processes such as screening,
scheduling, onboarding, and analytics.
Act as a strategic partner to clients by
representing the TA function in Steering Committees, governance forums, and
leadership reviews.
Own and drive global standardization of
recruitment processes across regions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and
scalability.
Manage Workday Recruiting/Greenhouse
ecosystem, including platform roadmap alignment, governance, adoption, and
integration oversight.
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive
people analytics, executive reporting, cost optimization, and hiring
performance management.
Build and develop a high-performing TA
organization through team leadership, capability building, vendor governance,
and career development frameworks.
