Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle including, HR policies, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, compliance and reporting.
Manage onboarding of employees, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) and employee databases and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and security and generate HR dashboards, metrics, and management reports.
Manage audits and statutory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
Initiate and lead HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.

Key skillset:
Must have experience in managing end to end employee life cycle.
Must have experience in HR transformation and automation.
