Job description
Job title: Lead- Print Management
Candidate Specification: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Endpoint Management
Job Description:
- 3–6
years of experience in enterprise printing, EUC, or infrastructure
operations.
- Strong
knowledge of printing fundamentals: print spooler, print services,queues,
ports, drivers, driver preferences
- Basic knowledge of server components, including managing Windows features, event logs, IIS, and device settings.
- Hands-on exposure to ITSM tools like ServiceNow (Incidents/Changes/Requests).
- Scripting/automation exposure using PowerShell (basic to intermediate).
- 3–6
years of experience in enterprise printing, EUC, or infrastructure
operations.
