Head HR (Real Estate)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head HR (Real Estate) to lead our Human Resources function in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, with a proven track record of driving business results through people management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support business growth and objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce
  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and engagement
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
  • Oversee HR operations and HRIS to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain a strong understanding of organizational development principles
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive HR strategy

Requirements

  • 12-20 years of experience in HR leadership, with a strong background in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management
  • Strategic HR leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving business results through people management
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive HR strategy
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, and organizational development principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
