Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of pharmacy inventory, including ordering and stocking of medications and supplies.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care, including medication therapy management and patient education.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, including new medications, treatments, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• 1-5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with a strong background in Pharmacy Operations and Inventory Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
