Job description
Roles and Responsibility:
Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training programs for
HR processes, policies, and systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and
learning gaps.
Assist in designing
and updating training materials, presentations, participant guides, and
assessments.
Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure
learning outcomes.
Track attendance, completion rates, and certification status.
Prepare training reports, dashboards, and feedback analysis.
Must have skill:
Must have experience in training facilitation within the HR domain.
