HCC Coding Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HCC Coding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCC Coding, Monitoring, Mortgage, Evaluating, and Risk Assessment, with expertise in ICD 10 coding. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HCC coding strategies to ensure accurate and compliant coding practices
- Monitor and evaluate coding practices to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compliant coding practices
- Evaluate and assess risk associated with coding practices and implement mitigation strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in coding regulations and guidelines
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including payers and vendors
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with coding regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- 10-20 years of experience in HCC Coding, Monitoring, Mortgage, Evaluating, and Risk Assessment
- Strong expertise in ICD 10 coding and coding regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare, finance)
