Head - BFSI Consulting

18+ years of progressive experience in consulting, advisory, or domain leadership roles in banking and financial services.

Minimum 5–7 years in a client-facing consulting leadership role — with direct accountability for business development, practice growth, or P&L.

Deep domain expertise in one or more of: retail lending, payments, mortgage origination & servicing, commercial credit, consumer finance, or credit cards.

Demonstrated track record of originating and closing consulting and/or technology transformation engagements

Experience building and scaling consulting practices or domain teams (hiring, structuring, developing talent).

Hands-on experience developing thought leadership assets — frameworks, white papers, accelerators, and solution blueprints.
