AVP - S2P - Category Procurement

Location

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement plans to meet business objectives
• Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure best possible prices and terms
• Implement and manage Source to Pay (S2P) processes to ensure efficient and effective procurement operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate procurement risks
• Develop and maintain category-specific procurement strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements
• Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize procurement processes

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supplier Relationship Management
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements through strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Source to Pay (S2P) processes and technologies
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform procurement decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
