Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery operations for large-scale Advertising
Operations, Campaign Management, and Creative Management programs.
Manage globally distributed teams across multiple geographies
(APAC, EMEA, NA, LATAM).
Own operational governance, service delivery, SLA management, KPI
tracking, and business performance.
Drive operational excellence through process optimization,
automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and
profitability of delivery engagements.
Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, DSPs,
Media Buying, and Campaign Optimization.
Experience managing large global teams with ownership of SLAs,
KPIs, Quality, Productivity, and Customer Experience.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, profitability
management, cost optimization, and contract governance.
Executive-level stakeholder engagement, governance management,
escalation handling, and business reviews.
Proven track record in process improvement, automation, AI-led
transformation, RCA, incident management, and continuous improvement.
