Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, optimization, and
reporting across digital advertising platforms while ensuring adherence to SLAs
and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal
stakeholders, providing regular business updates, performance reviews, and
resolution of operational escalations.
Manage strategic initiatives, process improvement projects,
platform migrations, and operational transformations while ensuring timely
delivery and minimal business disruption.
Identify workflow bottlenecks, implement best practices,
standardize operating procedures, and drive automation initiatives to improve
productivity and service quality.
Track key performance indicators, analyse operational and campaign
data, manage resource planning and capacity requirements, and provide
actionable insights to support business objectives.
Must-Have Skills
1 - 3 years of experience in Digital Advertising / Ad Operations.
Strong experience managing large-scale Ad Operations delivery
teams.
Expertise in Programmatic Advertising ecosystems (DSP, SSP, DMP,
Ad Exchanges).
Proven client-facing experience handling strategic stakeholders
and executive reviews.
Experience leading digital transformation, migration, and process
improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Ad Serving Platforms and Order Management
Systems (OMS).
