Warehouse Manager (Clinic)
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager (Clinic) to join our team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the medical inventory, warehouse operations, and ensuring that all medical supplies are stored and distributed efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of medical inventory, including stock levels, expiration dates, and storage conditions.
- Implement and enforce FEFO (First Expiry First Out) inventory management practices to ensure that expired or near-expired medical supplies are used before they expire.
- Coordinate with vendors to receive and store medical supplies, and ensure that all deliveries are properly documented and stored.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure that medical supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical inventory management, including FEFO practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a warehouse environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
