Warehouse Manager (Clinic)

Location

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of medical inventory, including stock levels, expiration dates, and storage conditions.
• Implement and enforce FEFO (First Expiry First Out) inventory management practices to ensure that expired or near-expired medical supplies are used before they expire.
• Coordinate with vendors to receive and store medical supplies, and ensure that all deliveries are properly documented and stored.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize stockouts.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure that medical supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical inventory management, including FEFO practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
