Manager – Product Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Head – Engineering to lead our engineering team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Design & Development, Process Improvement, and Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD).

Location

Karur - Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering team in Tamil Nadu to design, develop, and deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IMS / QMS Compliance and New Product Development.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for material procurement.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement testing and validation procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery timelines and reduce costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Steel Materials & Metallurgy.

Requirements

  • 12-16 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
  • Strong background in Product Design & Development, Process Improvement, and Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD).
  • Proficiency in CREO / Windchill / PDM software.
  • Experience with Steel Materials & Metallurgy.
  • Knowledge of IMS / QMS Compliance and New Product Development processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
