Senior Analyst - Copyright Intellectual Property

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on intellectual property and copyright-related matters.
• Investigate and identify potential fraud cases related to intellectual property and copyright infringement.
• Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts and agreements, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective legal compliance strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in intellectual property and copyright laws, and provide guidance to the team on best practices and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in intellectual property, copyright, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property and copyright laws, including laws and regulations in India.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and investigate potential fraud cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and review legal documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective legal compliance strategies.
