We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our Automobile Dealership operations in Bangalore and Mysore. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing profitability, and fostering strong relationships with OEMs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Automobile Dealership operations.
  • Manage the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) of the dealership, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in Automobile Dealership operations, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent business acumen, with a deep understanding of P&L management, business strategy, and growth.
  • Strong OEM relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
