Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain and manage HRIS platforms ensuring
data accuracy and integrity
Support data integration including merging
datasets
Develop advanced Excel models and dashboards
Automate reporting and ensure accuracy
through validation techniques
Design dashboards using PivotTables and
charts
Interpret and present HR data insights
Ensure data quality using validation and
cleaning methods
Conduct scenario analysis for workforce
planning
Support L&D analytics and training
effectiveness tracking
Must Have
4–7 years of experience in HRIS / HR
Analytics
Experience in HRO/shared services preferred
Exposure to L&D domain is an advantage
