Job Title: Payroll
Lead – Lead/Assistant Manager
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
Candidate Expectations:
Candidate with 7+ years of experience into payroll
processing.
Multi-geography payroll setup
Payroll Processing- Accurately process payroll for employees
in multiple countries, including calculating wages, deductions and taxes and
handling different countries.
Data management – Create, update and maintain accurate
employee and payroll assignment details in the system
Compliance – Ensure compliance with all relevant or
regulations and statutory requirements
Inquiry resolution – Act as a point of contact for
employee’s payroll inquiries, resolving issues or escalating them to the
appropriate internal team or external vendor
Reporting – Prepare and provide payroll reports to internal
stakeholder such ad Finance and assist with audits
Vendor Management – Partner with third-party payroll
providers to ensure service level agreements are met and to implement
legislative updates
