Job Title – Transformation Leader Blackbelt
(Banking) – Senior Manager – Bangalore
Job description:
12-16 Years experience in Transformation with
Black belt certification in Banking domain
Strong understanding of banking risk
processes, especially in credit risk management
Project Management: Experience managing
multiple short-term, high-visibility projects with timely delivery and
stakeholder satisfaction.
Business Analysis: Ability to analyse business
requirements, processes, and data; create detailed requirement documents and
coordinate with stakeholders for successful delivery.
Automation & Reporting: Experience
managing projects involving VBA, MS Access, and dashboards – not necessarily
work on it – but should have knowledge on how they work.
Banking Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding
of banking processes, especially in risk management and compliance.
Data Analysis: Advanced skills in MS Excel for
data interpretation and reporting.
Database & SQL: Working knowledge of
relational databases and SQL queries for data extraction
RPA Tools: Familiarity with Power Automate and
similar tools for workflow optimization.
Data Visualization: Proficiency in designing
dashboards for actionable insights.
Identify improvement opportunities and develop
plan to execute projects in consultation with delivery leads to improve process
efficiency
Efficient management of SLA framework and reporting to deliver value to internal & external customers
Program management of high impact organization wide Transformation program for Client
Support new transitions.
Ensure timely reporting of project progress.
Lease with technology team for automation / Gen AI projects
Deploy Knowledge Management practices
Create a culture of continuous improvement in business units through GB / Lean trainings.
Efficient management of SLA framework and reporting to deliver value to internal & external customers
Program management of high impact organization wide Transformation program for Client
