Candidates must have 5-8 Years of experience in SOP Expert TL OTC
Excellent process documentation and analytical skills
Ability to simplify complex processes into structured SOPs
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and reporting tools
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio)
Number of SOPs created/updated (with AR & Credit)
SOP quality (minimal rework and audit Obser
Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable and Credit
Management
Excellent process documentation and analytical skills
Ability to simplify complex processes into structured SOPs
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and reporting tools
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio)
Completion of KT within defined timelines
Number of SOPs created/updated (with AR & Credit
coverage)
SOP quality (minimal rework and audit observations)
Reduction in errors due to clear documentation
Stakeholder satisfaction on KT effectiveness
