Job title:  Finance and Accounting, FME & VME   – Business Process Lead – Pune
Key Responsibilities:
 
5 to 8 years of experience in Marketing Expense Accounting (FME/VME)
Good understanding of sales schemes, incentive calculations, and provisions
High attention to detail and audit orientation
Experience managing high volume, rule based operations
Proven team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Clear and concise communication – End to end FME & VME operations, oversee end‑to‑end Fixed Marketing Expense (FME) processing, including invoice validation, approval compliance, claim review, timely payments, provisioning, dealer reconciliations and audit readiness.
Sound judgement and decision‑making ability – Applies sound judgement in approving Fixed and Variable Marketing Expenses by validating eligibility, documentation, and policy compliance.
Ownership and accountability – Takes end‑to‑end ownership of Fixed and Variable Marketing Expenses, ensuring timely processing, accurate accounting, issue resolution, and closure in line with policies and business timelines.
Ability to perform under tight timelines – Consistently delivers timely and accurate processing of Fixed and Variable Marketing Expenses while meeting critical cut‑offs and business deadlines.
Problem solving orientation – Identifies and resolves issues in Fixed and Variable Marketing Expenses by analyzing discrepancies, addressing root causes, and driving timely, practical solutions with stakeholders
