Candidates with minimum 10+years of
experience into Process Excellence, Black belt projects
Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt with 3-5 years of
practical experience in Lean Six Sigma or Transformation initiatives
Experience: 8+ years of overall work experience with proven
expertise in business problem-solving and delivering measurable business value.
Exposure to the service industry is essential
Technical Competencies: Practical application of Lean Six
Sigma techniques and automation. Familiarity with Data Analytics, Machine
Learning, and Artificial Intelligence (advantageous)
Preferred Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong program management, networking, and stakeholder
engagement capabilities
Assertive, self-driven, and comfortable challenging the
