Job Title Training Lead - SCM – Team Leader / Assistant Manager
 Location – Pan India Location 

Key Responsibilities:
4 + years’ experience In Sourcing and Procurement
Deliver training on SAP Ariba Guided Buying and SAP S/4HANA procurement processes.
Support ERP deployment and procurement transformation initiatives.
Facilitate training across Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Train users on Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice processing.
Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
Create user guides, knowledge articles, and training documentation.
Support procurement teams and global end-users during system adoption.
Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to align training strategies.
Work with Change Champions to test and validate training content.
Coordinate training schedules with Change Managers and Project teams.
Ensure all learning materials comply with organizational standards.
Manage training content within enterprise learning platforms.
Support supplier management and sourcing lifecycle process training.
Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Leverage strong communication and stakeholder management skills to support global users.
