Job Title: Business Consultant (Capital markets) – Senior Manager/AGM
Location: Mumbai
 
Candidate Expectations:
Candidate with minimum of 12+ years of experience into BFSI Domain Reconciliation Solutions and capability development.
Candidate should be a domain expert with substantial experience in BFSI Domain Reconciliations, AI/ML capabilities and solutions, particularly in presales.
The candidate must have a strong foundation in BFSI operations with expertise in capital markets, a thorough understanding of financial products, and proficiency in reconciliation processes.
The ability to convert complex business challenges into clear, strategic technical solutions is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in industry-leading reconciliation software solutions, such as Intelli Match, as well as familiarity with enterprise platforms,
Experience with end-of-the-end presales activities and proposal drafting will be considered an advantage.
A solid understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies is necessary.
Strong stakeholder management and people management skills are vital for this role.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders and the sales team to understand customer requirements, identify pain points, and determine reporting needs across various types of reconciliations, such as banking, card, and capital markets. Address specific client needs in these areas.
Act as a subject matter expert for reconciliation processes, clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits of company solutions to prospective clients.
Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with client requirements and alignment with company offerings.
Conduct demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the features and capabilities of reconciliation solutions.
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, workshops, and webinars in order to engage with prospective clients and highlight the unique selling points of the solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to gather relevant information and insights for pre-sales activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to reconciliation, ensuring effective positioning of the company's solutions in the market.
