Job Title: FP&A
COE – AGM
Location: Noida
Candidate Expectations:
15+ years of experience in
FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Finance Transformation, or
Consulting.
Experience leading
enterprise-wide planning and performance management programs.
Strong understanding of CFO
priorities and enterprise decision-making processes.
Experience managing global
teams and large transformation engagements.
Define the vision, strategy,
offerings, and operating model for the FP&A practice.
Develop industry-specific
planning and performance management solutions.
Build consulting frameworks,
accelerators, benchmarks, and AI-led transformation assets.
Create a world-class team of
FP&A consultants, data scientists, planners, and solution architects.
Develop market-leading
FP&A transformation propositions.
Partner with CFOs, Finance
Leaders, and Business Executives to shape transformation roadmaps.
Support sales pursuits,
client workshops, value assessments, and solutioning.
Own revenue growth and
capability expansion for FP&A services.
Lead End-to-End FP&A
Transformations
Design and deploy
next-generation solutions leveraging: Generative AI, Agentic AI, Predictive
Analytics,Machine Learning Models,
Digital Finance Twins
,Intelligent Scenario Simulations, Autonomous Forecasting Engines
Candidates should demonstrate
