Job Title – : Pre-Sales & Solutions Consultant –
Telecom BPS
Location – Pan India
Job Description:
Pre-Sales & Solutions Consultant – Telecom BPS to
support solution design and proposal development for telecom outsourcing and
managed services opportunities.
The role works closely with Sales, Solution Leads, and
Delivery teams to build cost-effective, scalable, and transformation-led
solutions for global telecom clients.
Support opportunity qualification and solution development
for Telecom BPS deals
Contribute to solution design across CX, Service Fulfilment,
Service Management, Network Operations, Billing & Revenue Assurance
Participate in client discovery sessions and internal
solutioning workshops
Assist in effort estimation, pricing inputs, and business
case preparation
Support creation of RFP/RFI responses, solution decks, and
client presentations
Incorporate automation, analytics, and AI/GenAI components
into solution designs
Ensure solution assumptions are aligned with Delivery and
Transition teams
Good understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS and BPS operations
Experience supporting telecom pre-sales or solution
consulting engagements
Exposure to working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 telecom operators
preferred
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder
coordination skills
Clear communication skills and ability to articulate
solutions effectively
