- Domain
consultant, Broker - Underwriting ( MGA ) Client facing consulting.
- Monitor
and improve KPIs, SLAs, quality, and turnaround times
- Lead
client interactions, governance reviews, and escalations
- Identify
and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices
- Ensure
adherence to compliance, regulatory standards, and risk management
policies
- Develop
capacity planning, workforce management, and forecasting strategies
