Title - RPO - Recruitment Process Outsourcing
Location - Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
• 1 to 8 Years of experience in full
recruitment process. Responsibilities will include Sourcing, Screening and
Scheduling candidate interviews.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end
recruitment processes
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and
recruiting tools
• Knowledge of hiring practices, compliance,
and market dynamics
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic
recruitment reporting
Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder
management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions
simultaneously
• Strong candidate assessment and
decision-making abilities
• High attention to detail and candidate-first
mindset
• Comfortable working in any shift hour as per
client requirement
