Commercial Lending Leader – Associate General
Manager (AGM) / Associate Vice President (AVP)
Location – Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
18+ years of experience in US
Commercial Banking / Loan Servicing Operations
Lead end-to-end delivery of
Commercial Loan Operations processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely
execution.
Oversee Loan Boarding and
Booking activities across multiple commercial lending products.
Manage Collateral
Administration, including UCC filings, lien perfection, tracking, and release
processes.
Ensure effective Loan
Maintenance and Transaction Processing in compliance with established
procedures and service levels.
Supervise Participations and
Syndications operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee Payments, Payoffs,
and Account Servicing activities while maintaining operational excellence.
Manage Insurance Tracking and
Covenant Monitoring to ensure compliance with loan agreements.
Monitor workflow queues,
production volumes, turnaround times, and overall operational throughput.
Drive performance management
through KPI tracking, MIS reporting, governance reviews, and service delivery
oversight.
Serve as the primary point of
contact for client stakeholders, managing escalations and ensuring high client
satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and develop
teams comprising Analysts, Supervisors, and Quality professionals.
Identify and implement
process improvements, automation opportunities, and productivity enhancement
initiatives.
Ensure adherence to US
banking regulations, operational risk controls, audit requirements, and data
security standards.
Support workforce planning,
capacity management, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
initiatives.
Foster a culture of
continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and operational
excellence across the organization.
