Candidate Specification & Job Description:
Candidates must have 18+ Years of experience in Banking domain including, Payments,
AML, Asset finance, Retail banking, Fraud, Disputes etc.
Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across
operational and non-operational areas to optimize processes and business
performance.
Conduct current-state and future-state assessments to
identify inefficiencies and recommend improvement opportunities.
Perform capability assessments, analyse data, and facilitate
stakeholder workshops to align business objectives, technology, and process
priorities.
Develop strategic recommendations using quantitative and
qualitative insights to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
Collaborate with business, product, IT, project teams, and
stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and approvals within agreed
timelines.
Lead change management activities, including impact
assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and
sustainability planning.
Manage multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring effective
planning, risk management, profitability, and high-quality delivery.
Influence and engage senior stakeholders, providing
executive-level presentations, reporting, and strategic guidance.
Prepare business cases, project initiation documents, status
reports, and lessons-learned assessments to support project governance.
Oversee project documentation, audit compliance, regulatory
adherence, and sign-off of key deliverables including requirements, testing,
and deployment.
Monitor post-implementation performance, ensuring process
effectiveness, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Manage and develop team members through coaching,
performance management, training, and competency development.
representing the function in governance forums, steering
committees, audits, and stakeholder meetings.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, service
standards, regulatory requirements, and mandatory training obligations.
