Job Title: TA Onboarding - Team Leader/ Manager/Senior Manager

Specification& Job Responsibilities:
6+ years of HR systems administration or HR eqdQ leadership.
Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and system
troubleshooting.
Knowledge of GDPR and data security compliance standards.
Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to
process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree - Information Technology, Business
Administration, or related field.
Proven experience administering HRIS or HR systems (e.g.,
SAP SuccessFactors)
Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
Proficiency in database management, reporting tools, and MS
Office Suite (Excel, Access, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment.
Manage the overall HRIS function, ensuring accuracy,
integrity, and security of HR data.
Oversee allocation of system tasks, audits, reporting, and
issue resolution.
Lead system upgrades, testing, documentation, and
collaboration with IT and vendor support.
Ensure role-based access controls and system security
settings are properly managed.
