Talent Acquisition & Candidate Assessment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition & Candidate Assessment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Recruitment, Recruitment Life Cycle, Recruitment Operations, Bulk Hiring, US Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Stakeholder Management. The role will involve screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Source and screen candidates using various channels and tools
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
  • Administer HR-related tasks, such as offer discussions and interview follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and objectives

Requirements

  • 3-12 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment operations, including bulk hiring and US recruitment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
