Job Description:
Generate new business leads for commercial, retail, office, and mixed-use leasing opportunities.
Identify, approach, and negotiate with prospective clients to close leasing transactions.
Manage leasing of retail, office, BTS, corporate campuses, hospitality, logistics and social infrastructure projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with IPCs, brokers, channel partners and industry stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, presentations, term sheets, EOIs, MoUs and coordinate lease agreement execution.
Support marketing and branding initiatives by participating in events, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and ensure timely resolution of customer queries for a superior client experience.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Projects, Design, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction closure and onboarding.
Manage existing tenant relationships, support account management, and drive renewals, re-leasing, and customer satisfaction.
Achieve leasing, occupancy, revenue, and land monetization targets while maintaining strong market intelligence and stakeholder engagement.
