Job Title :- Credit Reporting Dispute Lead - Associate/Senior Associate/Lead/Assistant Manager
Location: Pune/Chennai
 
Candidate Specification& Job Responsibilities:
Experience in various banking processes like US banking, Disputes, Credit Card operations, payments etc. within back-office services
4-5 years of operations, quality assurance and banking experience.
Prior experience in US banking, Disputes, Credit Card operations and BFSI Support Services.
Well versed with the roles and responsibilities of a team lead and effectively manage process with the US banking domain.
Validate borrower information and supporting documentation for investigating, validating, and resolving consumer credit reporting disputes while ensuring compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requirements and internal banking policies.
Review disputed credit information, validate account details, perform data reconciliation, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate credit bureau reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and quality metrics. Maintain quality and production standards as defined by business.
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Achieve the client defined & internal targets pertaining to productivity, quality, attendance, training etc.
Identifies process improvements to ensure they are aligned with internal practices and regulatory requirements.
Serves as a resource to team members and/or business and identifies appropriate issues for escalation.
