Quality Manager - Auto Ancillaries

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, implementing quality control processes, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products and services.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Maintain and improve our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, including IATF 16949.
  • Develop and implement quality strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and participate in IATF audits to ensure our QMS meets the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality control techniques and processes to ensure the highest standards of quality.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 6-12 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the auto ancillaries industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes, quality management systems, and industry standards, including IATF 16949.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive quality improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality management, or a related field.
