Facility Administration - Assistant Manager 

We are seeking an experienced Facility Administrator to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for our employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for facility management, security, and vendor management.
  • Manage travel arrangements for employees, including domestic and international travel, hotel bookings, and transportation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding facility management and security.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in facility administration, facility management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility.
