Job description
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse
and logistics processes.
- Configure and support SAP EWM functionalities based on
business needs.
- Work on inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory
management processes.
- Support integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules
such as MM, SD, PP, and TM.
- Prepare functional specifications for developments and
enhancements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments and
interfaces.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user
acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues
within SLA timelines.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and
upgrade projects.
- Create user documentation and conduct end-user training
sessions.
