Job description
Key
Responsibilities:
Serve as the
primary point of contact for coworking members and clients
Manage
seating configurations and office layouts to maximize spatial efficiency
Monitor
day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable
improvements when necessary
Order
supplies and manage inventory, coordinating with accounting and finance
departments to adhere to budget
Communicate
and coordinate with employees and vendors
2-4+ years
in facility operations, corporate administration, or hospitality.
Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Excellent
conflict resolution, strong vendor negotiation, and effective time management.
Familiarity
with building management systems, space planning software, and standard
reporting tools
