Business System Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders to determine feasibility of internal/external technology solutions and assess impact on existing workflows and systems

Support development, testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation activities to drive business outcomes

Understanding and documenting Business & Functional Requirements as well as NFRs

Understanding and documenting interface requirements

Review of test cases as well as functional testing support

Provide operational and process-related analysis and support

Conduct current-state vs. target-state analysis, impact assessments, and visual/data comparisons

Triage requirements between development and testing teams; support options analysis and decision-making decks

Prepare monthly and quarterly stakeholder communicationsworking within cross-functional Agile squads, collaborating closely with development, testing, and business teams throughout sprint cycles to deliver requirements and support iterative solution delivery.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for presenting to both technical and business audiences
