Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for technology
offerings, products, and solutions.
Lead cross-functional product/service launches by collaborating
with Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Business stakeholders.
Design, develop, and manage sales enablement assets including
sales playbooks, battle cards, solution decks, FAQs, case studies, and
competitive intelligence.
Conduct sales enablement programs, product training, and
knowledge-sharing sessions to improve sales readiness and adoption.
Drive customer marketing initiatives including client engagement
programs, customer advocacy, reference management, and cross-sell/upsell
campaigns.
Must-Have Skills
12+ years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, Sales
Enablement, or Revenue Marketing within IT Services or B2B Technology.
Strong experience managing end-to-end technology offering or
product launches.
Expertise in Sales Enablement strategy, sales content creation,
and sales readiness programs.
Experience working with Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and
Leadership teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT services sales lifecycle.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft
Dynamics, Winzone, or similar.
Experience creating sales collateral including battle cards,
solution presentations, playbooks, one-pagers, and competitive positioning.
