Job description
Minimum 5+ years of end-to-end BPO transition management experience.
Must have Experience in handling due diligence, solutioning, process mapping, knowledge transfer, ramp-up, capacity planning, SLA setup, and governance.
Internal and external strong stakeholder engagement along with ability to manage multiple transitions in parallel.
Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting is essential.
Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
