Roles and Responsibilities
10+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement Operations, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Third-Party Risk, and/or similar operational roles.
Experience reviewing and maintaining vendor, contract, or supplier data.
Good understanding of vendor lifecycle, contract lifecycle, compliance checks, reporting, and issue tracking.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing data, inconsistencies, and process gaps.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
Experience working with GEP and ServiceNow would be an advantage.
Ability to use AI tools responsibly to support drafting, summarization, reporting, data review, documentation, and process improvement, in line with confidentiality and information security requirements.
Experience supporting system / platform testing, UAT, test evidence capture, and defect tracking.
Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
