Sales & International Business Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales & International Business Coordinator to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, export sales, and international business, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating export documentation, export coordination, sales coordination, customer coordination, order processing, shipment coordination, and Letter of Credit (LC) processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with international customers to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions.
  • Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations, including sales, logistics, and finance.
  • Process orders and ensure timely shipment of goods to customers.
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve any issues related to shipments, including delays, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of export transactions, including sales orders, shipments, and payments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international sales, export sales, or international business.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues related to export operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements, including Letter of Credit (LC) processes.
