Job Title – : F&A Delivery Lead
Location – Nagpur
 
Job Description
Qualified finance professional / CA / CPA / MBA Finance with 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in leading large-scale Finance & Accounting operations across MNC, BPO, or captive environments.
Lead the overall service area across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, payroll, reporting, and related finance operations, ensuring integrated ownership of delivery, controls, quality, and business outcomes.
Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management across the service area in line with Accounting Standards, GAAP, IFRS, statutory requirements, internal controls, audit expectations, and client-specific policies.
Provide strategic direction for delivery excellence, operating model maturity, SLA/KPI achievement, productivity improvement, and standardization across accounts, geographies, and service lines.
Manage large teams through effective people leadership, performance management, succession planning, recruitment, capability building, engagement, and appraisal governance.
Drive process re-engineering, transitions, migrations, automation, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, control, scalability, and customer experience.
Partner with clients, senior leadership, internal stakeholders, delivery teams, technology teams, and support functions for governance reviews, escalations, audits, contract changes, and business growth opportunities.
Champion digital enablement by leveraging ERP platforms, workflow tools, analytics, dashboards, automation solutions, and business intelligence capabilities such as SAP, Oracle, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, and Alteryx.
Deep understanding of finance shared services, BPO delivery models, global service delivery, service management, and cross-functional operating environments.
Strong exposure to ERP platforms and enabling technologies, including SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, workflow tools, and reporting automation solutions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, including executive stakeholder management, client engagement, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, articulation, and multitasking.
Proven ability to manage client-facing operations, governance forums, KPI reviews, audit readiness, service reviews, business continuity, contractual commitments, and commercial discussions.
Strong experience in program management, transitions, transformation roadmaps, change management, process stabilization, and large-scale operational improvement initiatives.
